Making Therapy More Accessible
I believe finding the right therapist should feel accessible and straightforward. There are several ways you may be able to access therapy with me depending on your insurance, benefits, and individual circumstances.
Insurances
I accept select insurance plans. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan, so I recommend confirming your mental health benefits with your insurance provider before beginning therapy.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
If your employer provides an Employee Assistance Program, you may be eligible for a certain number of counseling sessions at no cost or at a reduced cost. I work with EAP referrals through participating programs.
Open Path Psychotherapy Collective
I am an Open Path therapist, offering reduced-fee therapy to eligible clients through the Open Path network. View my Open Path profile
Sliding Scale
I reserve a limited number of appointments for reduced-fee/sliding-scale therapy. Availability is limited and rates are determined based on individual circumstances.
Private Pay
If you prefer to pay privately or your insurance plan is not accepted, private-pay sessions are also available.
Health Advocate

The AAKOMA Project
I partner with the Aakoma Project, an organization dedicated to promoting mental health and emotional well-being among youth and young adults of color through culturally responsive resources, education, and support. Contact the AAkoma Project
