Hi, Jaqueline, the founder of Evoking Mind Therapy PLLC. Originally from Brazil, I now proudly call Virginia home. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Washington State and Virginia, with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Anhanguera University in São Paulo, a Master’s in Psychology from Liberty University, and a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health from the State University of Londrina, Brazil. I’m also a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), which allows me to support clients on their journey toward recovery. At Evoking Mind Therapy, I offer telehealth sessions designed to help you navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, or major transitions. I pay special attention to how cultural and identity factors shape your experiences, creating a safe, inclusive space where you feel understood and supported. I offer therapy in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, making it easier for you to feel comfortable and heard. Together, we’ll build a trusting, compassionate relationship that helps you explore, heal, and grow.
