Are sessions held in person or online?
All sessions will be held virtually via telehealth. My private practice utilizes Simple Practice an electronic health system to charge and handle payments and insurance’s claims.

Do you accept insurances?

Yes. We do accept – Evernorth (Cigna), United Health Care (Optum, Choice plus), Kaiser, Aetna and Premera (Blue Cross). Please, verify directly with your insurance information regarding your deductible, co-pay/co-insurance and authorizations prior to start therapy.

What questions do I ask my insurance about my out of network benefits?

Call member services on the back of your insurance card and state: I am interested in starting therapy with an out of network provider. Do I have co-pays? Do I have a deductible? If so, what is my deductible and co-pay? How much will my insurance cover for out of network therapy after my deductible is met?

Do you offer a consultation call?

Yes. We offer a 15 minutes consultation phone call to discuss services and to address any question that you may have. To schedule your consultation please call at 206-457-3133.

Do you provide a super bill?

Yes. Session fees are due prior to the session starting; however, super bills for clients with out of network benefits are provided if you wish to submit to your insurance carrier. Super bills are a receipt for the service provided after payment has been made. Payment for services are the full responsibility of the client.

Do you work with diverse populations?
Yes, indeed! I actively engage with diverse populations in my work. Embracing diversity is not just a goal but a fundamental aspect of what I do. It’s incredibly enriching to collaborate with individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. Members of the LGBTQIA community are welcome. So yes, I’m proud to say that I work with diverse populations and value the unique contributions each individual brings to the table.
