INSURANCE, FEES & MORE

Individual Therapy Session: $150 (60 minutes of session).

Insurances accepted by Evoking Mind Therapy PLLC are Cigna (Evernorth – PPO), United Health Care (Commercial plans), Kaiser, Aetna and Premera (Blue Cross WA). I do offer superbills for out-of-network insurances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation fee of $150. No shows will be billed for the full cost of the scheduled session, standard session fee is $150. Clients are offered 1 waived late cancellation or no show per calendar year upon request.
